forms.netsuite.com pages not loading in Firefox

A customer has an online customer form embedded in an iFrame.  Just in the past few days, this form has failed to display from time to time in Firefox.  Instead the standard Firefox load failure message is displayed in the iFrame.

Has anyone else seen this?
