Accessing an On-line Case Form
I have created an on-line case form for customer feedback and want to use a separate html form to link to it. The concept is this:
1) Access template externally.
2) Follow link with CRMSDK tags to the support form.
3) Complete support form.
4) Upon submission, the form will redirect back to the original HTML template.
What I have done so far is:
1) Created on-line support form.
2) Created the intro html template with the relevant link as an Marketing Template with link to support form.
3) Remaining process works fine and the case is submitted succesfully.
Where I am having problems is external access to the initial Marketing template. There is no external URL so a person would have to be logged in to access it.
