Sales order entry and declined credit card sales - re-entering
Why does it wipe out ALL the customers info when a sale is decelined? On sales entry I have to go back and RE-ENTER EVERYTHING when a credit card is declined. This shouldn't be. I have to add the item back in, the customers name and so on.
