Multi Step Form And Duplicates
Hi, we have problem with a multi step form and SFA sales territories. We have two online customer forms: Step 1 and Step 2. Step 1 redirects to Step 2, and both forms have setted to "Always Create a new Record" on Handle duplicate records.
Desired behaviour:
1) Step 1 -> create a new lead.
2) System apply SFA Sales Territories to this new lead.
3) Step 2 -> create a duplicated record with aditional information
4) System apply SFA Sales Territories to the duplicated record
What is actually happening:
1) Step 1 -> create a new lead.
2) System apply SFA Sales Territories to this new lead.
3) Step 2 -> update the information on first record created.
