Unique Visitors Not Registering In Campaign Stats For Custom HTML Online Form

Hi,

We have several new custom online forms similar to this one:

https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalleadpage.nl?compid=62886&formid=25&h=738aa25cb171544b7cf7

The forms have hidden <NLLEADSOURCE> & <NLPARTNER> fields.

Everything is working perfectly with the forms in terms of the form behaviour & capture of customer, leadsource, and partner information.

We have a series of Google adwords that link directly to the form.  The form url with &leadsource=xx is set as the campaign url, but it is not showing any unique visitors!

I would think that the stats would show, for example, that there has been 86 Unique Visitors, 6 New leads etc.
