Online Customer Form color appearance

I'm using an online customer form in an iFrame on an external page, so I would like to eliminate any colors in the online form (just pure black on white). Even though I have chosen nothing in the Color Theme section on the Set Up Appearance tab, the online form still has a colored background (grey) behind the form title text.

Is there a way to get rid of the background color behind the text?
