Select more than 1 field in multiple select field?

Hi,

I want to create a multiple select field of some sort, where the Client can select out of 10 different options, and choose up to 5 different options.

What is the easiest way to do this??

I did think about check boxes but would prefer not to have to create one for each option.


Is there an easy way around this??
