Can price level pass through a URL?

Hi there,
was hoping someone knew if it was possilbe to pass a price level through a URL.

And/Or  if somehow price level could be a hidden field on an online customer form... I didn't see it as a selection, but it would certainly be useful as we have a wholesale and retail business.
