change subsidiary on submitting online customer form

We are using NetSuite OneWorld. In our US subsidiary we have an online customer form. The default subsidiary on this online form is set to US. However through this online form we get many leads from other countries. We would like the lead to be routed to the appropriate subsidiary based on the country selected on the online customer form.
For example, if someone selects Canada in the country drop down of the online form, on submitting the form, we would like to change the subsidiary to Canada.
How could this be achieved.
