CUSTOMER form and ONLINE CUSTOMER FORM shares the same fields thus overwritten.
The Online customer form share the same FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, PHONE, EMAIL as Lead/Customer form. I could not specific FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, EMAIL, ADDRESS specifically for a contact record so, when someone fills in an ONLINE CUSTOMER FORM, it overwrites my existing customer record because FIRSTNAME LASTNAME is the same field. So, Both the COMPANY(LEAD) record and the CONTACT record has the same email/phone/fax that was entered in via the ONLINE CUSTOMER FORM.
How do I prevent CONTACT information from overridding the COMPANY(LEAD/CUSTOMER) record?
