HTTP 405 error when submitting online form

Hello,

I have an online form that we as a customer survey. A user can follow a link supplied by us that opens up the online form in their browser. This give them the opportunity to complete a text box and then hit the submit button. Generally this work with no problems at all. However I have one user who gets an 'HTTP 405 Method Not Allowed' when submitting the form. If they do the exact same thing from another PC in their office the form submits without any problem. Can anyone give me any pointers as to what could be
