Custom Online Form showing as case origin 'phone'
hope someone can help as we are going aorund the houses with this one - we have built a custom html online form to use within Netsuite support ( self serve form on our company website which integrates directly with NS fields) through our testing this works fine but case origin oce the case is created displays as ' phone ' - NS says our developer needs to fix, our developers cannot see anywhere at all to fix this within the online form code . Anyone else had this issue ? I don't know why it is so hard to fix !
