Newsletter as spam

Dear all,

We send a monthly newsletter to our customers but some emails gets it as span email / junk email although the person did not specify it was junk.
Is there a way on our side that we can let the email servers know this is a business, not a spam? any way to increase our chances to be in the customer's inbox rather than their junk mail box?
