Campaigns and Receiver Email address
Hello,
I am trying to set up e-mail campaigns focussed on different topics like marketing and billing. It seems like e-mails always go to the address in the
email field for customers/leads. Can it be customized such that e-mails be
sent to corresponding e-mail address based on the nature of the campaign? We do store multiple email addresses (admin/billing/sales etc.) for each customer.
One possible way seems to be to store various email addresses as contacts for customer/lead with different roles and group them via saved searches. Any other simpler alternatives? It would be nice if theres a way to pick one of many custom e-mail fields of a customer as the receiver address at the time of setting up the campaign.
