Need to send email based on items purchased for Power Review

I am using Power Review for a review service on our website contractorsdirect.com.

I need to be able to send an automatic email 21 days after the order has shipped to the customers. The email is recommended to include all products purchased for a particular transaction with a link to that products review page.

Is this possible with Netsuite? Is anyone else using Power Review?
