Hi everyone,
When we send an email from NS to a customer the reply path is something like this:
John Smith <messages.123434.11234.we5kj34kj3@messages.netsuite.com>
I understand that the point of this - the reply email gets logged in NS and also sent to the users email account directly e.g. john.smith@company_name.com
Question: we do not wish to have the email logged in NS, so is it possible to have the reply path as john.smith@company_name.com
(so in other words no mention of the netsuite domain in the email adress, which sometimes confuses the customer)
