Help creating email campaign templates
Netsuite doesn't hold your hand very much when it comes to email campaign templates! Can anyone help with a few questions:
1) What tools do you folks use to create email templates? I have Dreamweaver, but it'd be nice if I could find something with built-in templates that's more targeted at email.
2) I'm using a campaign domain, and plan on hosting images with Netsuite. In my templates, should I replace the image url that Netsuite shows in the file cabinet with one that uses the campaign domain, or does netsuite do that automatically when it sends the emails?
3) In my template, when I include links to my Netsuite website, should I use my regular netsuite-hosted domain name? Using my campaign domain doesn't seem to work (if I try and use a web browser to access my website using the campaign email domain).
