Attaching files changes?

Hi I logged into netsuite this morning, and went to send an email to a client and went to add 2 image files that i allways attached ( Is just a flyer )

and it seemed to give me different options..  I had the options of..   List - New - or open..

I selected list..   and a heaps of junk files came up.. ( lots of those .zip files from merges ih ave done in the past.. )

I actually had to click on images to find the files I wanted to send..


Is there anyway I have have the images automatically displayed when I select list..   instead of having to manually refine the search to " Image ".  Or anyway I can set it up to just be like how it was yesterday before the changes?
