Letter Template - Need to pull Ship To Address vs Bill (default)
Can someone tell me if it's possible to do the following:
Need to pull the default 'Ship to' address from our main Customer Record vs what may have auto-populated in the Contact Record. When someone creates a new Contact Record, the billing address is the default that goes into the new record (and employees sometimes forget to update).
We know that all Customer Records have been set up with the correct physical address and checked as the 'Ship To' address.
Most of the billing addresses for our customer are to the corporate offices that are in other cities/states... hence if someone forgets to update the Contact info, any mail merge letters will go to the wrong place and most likely be pitched.
