Common text for different templates

Hi  all,

We will be creating twenty different html templates. Each time we do a mail out campaign we will be sending out the messages using these templates. The text for the message is going to be different depending on the type of mail out.

Is there a way of inserting the text message somewhere in NetSuite and then sourcing it into each different template record instead of having to copy and paste the text into each template and then upload it into NetSuite?
