Case return email to include a merge document
I am trying to return an auto email to a customer that enters a new case through an online form. I want to send back to them a Word doc that includes the information they have added to the form. This is to meet their internal criteria so I cannot just send back a customised email that includes the information. I have set up a merge doc that can be manually merged to produce the doc I need. Any ideas out there?
