Parent entity fields in Templates
using CRMSDK tags in email templates, how do i get parent & custom entity fields populated in the template?  
For instance: 
[LIST]
[*]Created a custom record for IP info.  
[*]Created fields for IP address, subnet, gateway, etc. 
[*]Created a customer field that is marked parent (so i get the subtab on the customer).  
[*]I have enabled mail merge on the custom record.
[*]I created an email template with the fields we want to send to the customer[/LIST]
By the way, this is a custom record because customers may have more than one assigned.
From one of the custom records, I can click the email button and successfully send an email with the populated fields.
