Email Messages to Customers Getting Truncated

As a company policy, we've asked all our sales and consultant personnel to send all email to the customer through NetSuite so we have a complete picture of our interaction with the customer. However, over the last couple of months we've noticed that frequently, NetSuite does not send the entire email message to the customer, sometimes truncating the email message after only a few words. The only reason we realized this was that one of our employees began bcc herself and many/most of the email she was sending out was being truncated. As of yet, I am unable to determine
