Emails bouncing with 5.7.1 error

I have a customer I cannot email to.  Unfortunately this means I can't offer him our support services, so it's quite a serious problem.  When I email him from inside Netsuite, I get the following bounce message:

This is the Postfix program at host nmail0.netledger.com.    I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not  be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.    For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>    If you do so, please include this problem report. You can  delete your own text from the attached returned message.       The Postfix program    <
