NetSuite E-mail Footer - Causes Spam

Please help! I have contacted NetSuite support at least twice and they still don't appear to get it. The issue is that if you send an e-mail from NetSuite via the e-mail icon or using a template, NetSuite attaches a footer with the word "unsubscribe". This specific word is commonly blocked and seen as spam by ISPs including my own corporate e-mail spam filter. NetSuite support keeps forcing this into the following enhancement request - Enhancement 83736: - Lists > Marketing > Campaigns > Please allow the ability to customize the unsubscribe message that appears in the footer of campaign e-mails.
