Force standard signatures
Hello all,
I know it's possible for each user to set a custom email signature as each of my users has done precisely that, resulting in a myriad different signatures.
Maybe it's my OCD but it makes me feel a bit sick to know that none of them are the same.
What I'd like to do is force a template to be used, something like:
<EmployeeName>
<JobTitle>, <Dept>
<CompanyName>
<Telephone>
<Mobile>
<Fax>
<CompanyLogo>
Is this possible at all?
The extension of that is that i might also like to include a MOTD or some marketing banner or something.
