CRMSDK Tags in Letter Templates

Hi there,

I'm creating a letter template in Word with CRMSDK tags and according to the "Using CRMSDK Tags" section in the NetSuite Basics guide, it says "Letter templates – automatically formatted by Microsoft® Word", that means I don't have to put the brackets <> around the tags, is that correct?  Anyway, it doesn't work for me with or without the brackets, but the same template (with brackets) sent as an e-mail template would work.   Any advise?
