Sales Rep Signature Needed in Marketing Template for E-Campaign

Ok, we are doing a e-campaign that I would like to not only look like it's coming from the sales rep (checked on Mktg Template - Email as Sales Rep), but I would also like the closing to be the Sales Rep's Signature (<NLSIGNATURE>).

Unfortunately when I send a test campaign to internal addresses for fake companies that we have set up with a real Sales Rep assignments, the <NLSIGNATURE> is completely blank.

I have double checked that these sales reps have their information filled in under Preferences.

Any clue what's wrong with my Marketing Template? Thoughts?
