Increase size of email template box

How to increase the size of the NetSuite email template box?

We have been added to Enhancement 82310, but our 100 sales reps complain that the size of the email template message box is too small and cumbersome to work with to see what they have written before merging and sending an email to a client or client group. We contacted NetSuite Professional Services and offered to pay them to help us enlarge the size of the email template message boxes, but they said it was beyond the scope of their department. Does anyone know how to increase the size of the email message boxes at:
