Dynamic Auto-Reply Email

At the moment i am using saved search to provide this functionality but i was just hoping that there is another way i can do this as saved search has 4000 characters limit with the custom message.

I have an online lead form and i would like my auto reply to response to the customer enquiry with opportunities that are in the states they are interested in.

For example if they are enquiring about state A then my auto-reply will have different opportunities that are located in state A.

For now i have different saved search for different state that sends custom message to leads with date created = yesterday.
