Script E-mail Template

Hi Everybody!
How I can script the E-mail template?

Go in to:
Case form--> Interactions--> Messages , click on 'Email' button.
Then I want to change the  'E-mail' address field under 'Recipients' sub tab through a script on this E-mail template.

is there any way that i can write scripts to this email form?
