How to get summary of items sold

Hello Everyone,

I want to be able to make a template for our sales team to e-mail off to a customer.  In this e-mail I want the ability to have a summary of all line items.

I see in the fulfillment e-mail this is called {2}.

What is needed to have all line items summary on an e-mail template?  Does anyone know this code?
