Change Global Subscription Status from a file of email addresses

Hi,

I send out a marketing campaign and the unsubscribe link did not work correctly.

I have produced a list of the email addresses that replied directly to me with an unsubscribe.

I would like to know how to upload this list and then automatically update each of the matching Leads with the Global Subscription Status of "Confirmed Opt-Out"

Any suggests on doing this would be great
