find transaction by messages id

There is the reply to messages id example messages.#####@messages.netsuite.com

I have a customer that added that emails address to there address book so every time they email it gets sent to that transaction.  But I am not sure what transaction that is?

Is there anyway to search in NetSuite to find the transaction these emails are getting attached too?
