Private email templates
My company recently implemented a bulk email script that uses the custom email templates available through the stock email functionality.
The problem we are running into is there are templates showing in the bulk email (custom) script that do not show when viewing the list of templates through Documents/Templates/Email Templates.
I have tried viewing the list using the Administrator role and still nothing.
Through the script I can see the internal id for the selected template and it is simply not there.
My question is this: Is it possible these templates are marked "private" and even the Admin role can't see them? Can one person with Admin not see private templates created by a different Admin? Or is it possible they were created, used for a mail merge operation then deleted but their remnants are still there somehow?
