How to render the preview into the WYSIWY editor?

I have some templates with Freemarker includes and also some placeholder.
I don't want to click on the preview button on the app/crm/common/crmmessage.nl page.
Instead I want the same result like in the preview in the CKEditor to customize some small things like omit a paragraph or change a paragraph before send the mail.
