Change System Template used for Support Email Responses
All,
When an end-user replies to an email case via NetSuite, the system send their response under a standard email template that has a "Click here to update this case online" link at the bottom. For some reason, I am unable to change this in any way. Does anyone know how to either modify the system template, or get the system to use a different template for outbound email case responses? Thanks in advance for ANY guidance!
