Editing Tracking Message

I was wondering if it is possible to edit the tracking message in the Order Fulfilment email. We use Australia Post for deliveries and we need to have a link to their eParcel site in the email, so that customers can check the delivery status. At the moment they are being directed to the UPS site. Very confusing for them.
