Import to Prospect problem

Importing 2000 Prospects into NS Australia version. Imported contacts first with no company then imported a csv as Prospect with Company name and primary contact.

The Customer records have come in as LEAD-Qualified (leads) NOT Prospects.

Tried the exact same files with Dingo Demo account and it worked perfectly with the Prospects going in as Prospects.
Any ideas, now have a relly pissed-off customer:)
