Intellisync IS4 Web error?

Just setting up a new laptop (SONY) and see this error when I go to sync the contacts? Running VISTA & OL2007, no issue on any of our other machines, has anyone encountered this error before? I have uninstalled/reinstalled/looked left/looked right.......any ideas appreciated!
