Center tabs

I wish to make a new "TAB" on my Intranet, I have called it "TEST". Under this I wish to show a number of different "Categories" I have saved....."Brochures", "Dimensions" etc. At present I have them across multiple TABS and taking up too much screen sapce. I cannot figure out how to replicate the style NS have where you rollover with the mouse and see the dropdown selections? I have been attempting to use the most obvious (Center Links) with ZERO success....

Any pointers would be welcomed
