Mass Update - Email response
We are using the Mass Update facility to send a Confirmation Opt In email invitation to our Contacts.
I have setup a User/Email address from whom the email is issued. (Tested) Replies and bounced emails default to a netsuite.com address, yet I cannot locate a response record under Campaigns and cannot work out how to access any bounced emails or replies from the Mass Update. I had expected replies/bounces to go to the sender (our company emil address) and this is not the case. Does anybody know how I access the response information?
