Workorder & PO

Hi all, a question on "WORKORDERS".

[LIST=1]
[*]create a "sales order"
[*]an "assy item" shows as backordered due to nil stock avail.
[*]create a "workorder" to allow a "build" when sufficient "member items" are avail.[/LIST]As I have chosen to "build" rather than "purchase" this 'assy item" I would have assumed that this "assy item"  would not show in my "order items" report as we require the "member items" to build with, not the "assy item" itself to be purchased any longer, prebuilt?
