Inventory items used in CASE
Hi, there.
Just wondering if there is any NS users with the same issue that I have.
Just like any other manufacturers, our company has frequent repair request from our customers.
NS supports us with this kind of repair request through an area called 'CASE' and that is a help, really.
What we always do in order to deal with those customers requested us for repair is that we register repair request into NS and give them a CASE NUMBER and keep tracking the repair request until we finalize it.
As it is common to use some inventory items to repair customer's units, we use various spare parts, even replacement with brand new items, which are all in our inventory system.
