Online credit card processing

We currently have netsuite handling the credit card processing on our online store which works adequately however our products have a initial cost and then recurring monthly amounts.

The initial charge is fine however when sales are made online the credit card details are not stored into netsuite so we cant process the recurring transactions.

any ideas how to get it to store the details?
