Is it still possible to have the PayFlow Pro button added to an account?

For Australian customers, now that PayFlow Pro is not in the system anymore, is it still possible to add it in??

We used to have to contact Netsuite Support to enable that button but it has been been 2 years.

Would like to know if that is still possible or what other Aussie payment options are the cheapest to have for Ecommerce site?

Also, are there any Aussie companies that are Trust with bank account under a trustee name that have a problem signing up with PayFlow Pro before?
Apparently, there is a question on the form asking if your company is set up as a Trust and won't let you join Pay Flow Pro.
