saved search alert not working correctly

Hi,

ive currently got a saved search within my netsuite account.

This saved search has the following rules

type of search = item

criteria
type = new season

results
name
display name
price


now everytime the search sends out the alerts my html message is removed from the email.

ive tried formatting it with


 <html>  <table >  <tr><td><img src="full path to site logo we are using" />  <tr><td>welcome text here  </td></tr>  <tr><td>{results}  </table>
