Email Notification to Sales Reps once Back Orders have been received.
I’ve setup a Saved Search to email a notification to the Inventory manager if an item on a sales order is on back order so it can be actioned. However I can’t figure out how to do it in reverse so when the item is received into stock the Sales Rep gets an email notification to let them know.
Please note, we run Jcurve so can’t run Suitescripts thus the reason for using this method…, unless someone has a better idea? The system is new to me I’ve only been using it for 6 week but really enjoying it so far!
