Webstore's New User Registration not working?

Is anyone's new user registration not working in the last 2 days for Australian customers?

on our "Enter New Shipping Address" after the first page of New User Registration,
After someone types in all the information and select Country = Australia, County/State/province = Any of the Australia states.

The page will reset to blank and nothing happen when CONTINUE is clicked.

It seems to work with United States as Country but not Australia.

Default Shipping Country for Checkout in Setup Website > Shopping tab  is set to blank so, shouldn't affect the selection.
