Discount rates

Hi,

We are at the point of paying our supplier bills. We don't receive a set rate of discount on every item, i.e. some items are not discountable. Therefore, when making the payment I can't select a standard terms option. I need to be able to enter my own discount amount per purchase order, but I just can't see how this is possible???? The discount amount box is non editable.

How can I choose my own amount at billing time?
